Address: Wray Ln, Reigate RH2 0HX

Reigate, part of the Surrey Hills, is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). While it's known for its hiking trails, there are also plenty of attractions for visitors with limited mobility, including spectacular views from the top of the hill that can be enjoyed without even leaving your car.
What's there?
Reigate Hill offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, standing at a height of 234.7 metres with a drop of 100.1 metres. There is also a café that serves a wide selection of cooked food, teas, coffee, and ice cream.
Additionally, a viewpoint near the car park and café provides information on the distances to various points of interest.
Parking

The National Trust car park is free and open 24 hours a day. The car park is just over 50 metres in length and goes around in a loop, with a slight slope separating the two sections.
There are four disabled parking spaces on the upper section of the car park that provide easy access to the café and public toilets.
Accessibility
Reigate Hill is accessible for people of all abilities, with wonderful views without needing to leave your car.
Plenty of seating options are available, with benches scattered around the edge of the hill and outdoor seating outside the café.
The ground around the hill is uneven in places, but the distance needed to walk is minimal. The distance from the farthest end of the car park to the cafe is approximately 50 metres.
The café and toilets are both wheelchair-accessible.

When to visit?
The Junction 8 café is open from 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-16:30 on weekends.
With the hill being a popular hiking and tourist destination, it tends to be fairly busy throughout the day, but I have always been able to find a place to park.
When visiting during the evening, you will find a view of the lights coming from surrounding towns and planes landing and taking off from Gatwick Airport.

Conclusion
Reigate Hill has something for people of all abilities, featuring wonderful views and accessible facilities. With free parking and a great café, it's no surprise that it's one of the most popular beauty spots in Surrey.
I would highly recommend a visit.
